PLEASE BAN ROOFIUS AND ILLUZION

Alright I started a thread. I'm asking for something simple. One month will probably be long enough for them to cool off. I'm not only asking as a dedicated 42 fan since early competition here but as human being asking for someone to preserve our humanity for everyone that has to read the crap.

They can play in competitions but just forum ban them. It'll save everyone time from trying to read/patrol the forums here to make sure sexual harassment isn't violated according to forums standards.

I'll even ban them. Give me admin for 1 minute and then strip it from me. I'll ban them for a month or so and then if they complain they can take it out on me.

The stuff they post isn't even remotely interesting nor funny. At least in the past people who used to post things had some cleverness and some sense of humor when bashing others where we all might get a chuckle out of it.

I stop posting here pretty cos of the shittness that followed an idea or something someone said. I really liked it at TWL and loved playing at TWL but not anymore.

You say challange up and quit worrying about how the forums are conducted. 80% of any community is talking thats what makes a community a community the playing part ins the add on fun bit. Look at any league 80% of the time your talking about stuff and trying to figure out whats best for that community. Then once thats done u get one with a bit of gaming.

That just doesn't happen here people are scared off cos the come to teh forums and all they see is someone bashing someone else or someone calling him that or the other cos he said this and that.

It scares people off if people want new blood to come to competition here then they need to worry how there team conducted themselves on forums and worry about how the forums are conducted.

Shrek did a outstanding job with bringing the 8v8 back without him we wouldn't have it. We should have been thinking him rather then giving him all the shit he did get.
He also should of got some back up from fellow admins. I'm glad clayman is in town and I hope he turns things around here cos TWL is a pretty good place to be around its what got me into competition.

I'm all up for a bit of banter and a good laugh but there are some things that just crosses the line...

I may get a bashing for this I may not I may even get banned for it who knows I just felt it needed to be said cos it has been digging at me for awhile now. I finished posting here about a month back cos of most of hte above I truely hope things do change.

To be honest... i feel like illuzion and roofius have buried the hatchet... Clayman is going to watch the threads closely as he has said, and I think he will make bans where necessary, but I think some of them have gotten the message.

You'd be wrong there Roofius. Seeing the ladders the way they are is not something I'm enjoying. Unlike others I don't take pleasure in anarchy and destruction. Also the forums should've been cleaned long ago, but there's a firm dedication to letting people post with relative freedom in TWL. From what I'm seeing, you guys just don't get along. However, we're not going to use these forums to take shots at each other. If you do as you say and show some respect, then I don't see why [DH]One can't do the same in return. I say we forget the past and start off with a clean slate. It was simply a matter of there being a lack of coverage due to staff being away or leaving and me having more time to give recently. This is not something I'm doing for just 1942, but all of the battlefield series. However, if you want to feel like I'm giving you all special attention, then go right ahead.
