Sure thing, and then why don't we go back and take away every win ownzr ever had before Shorty got caught while we're at it. As much as what Evil did was wrong, I have no doubt in my mind that match would have ended in the same fashion.

But hey, why give us credit, you guys have found your ultimate excuse, cause the guy who got caught with glowing people over a month after our match obviously had an imbedded superhack back then that fed us all the info and talent needed to defeat the mighty ownzr.

Give me proof he hacked/used an exploit in ANY TWL match (cause the one shown is from BFCL, not TWL), and I'll gladly give ANY team we ever beat a win.

If you have a player in a current league/ladder who has been caught cheating, anywhere, the burden of proof should not be on other teams to prove he was cheating in other matches. The burden of proof should shift to the team who produced the cheater to prove he wasn't cheating in other matches.

Such a simple task. If it's come down to having to do things like that then my time at '42 will be over. I have more important things to do than attempt to produce any proof to try to show someone didn't hack, of which I'd have have no proof anyway.

If the day has come that I have to "pre-screen" everyone before each match by SS'ing them myself to check for cheating then my days of trying to keep a team are done. I have no want or need nor time for that matter to be enthralled in babysitting my own, as when I put teams together I try to get people "with" character so I don't have to worry about these things.

Am I disappointed Evil did what he did? Of course, no doubt about it, and if I choose to play any '42 leagues even if he were allowed he wouldn't be on my team anymore, ever, as cheating is something I will not stand for.

As for Evil the person, I've played other games with him and after I shove a boot up his butt for doing what he's done I will probably continue to game with him on "other" games as I consider him a friend and, outside of '42 will move on from this.

I can't believe you're trying to call shorty out on this. He got caught hacking ONE time in a pub. However, your player got caught hacking in a match. I guarantee you shorty never hacked in any match we have played against anyone in ownzr. There was no reason for him to, we put 7 other great players on the field to back him up.
Since your player got caught in a match, what's to say he wasn't doing it in any matches he's played against anyone else?
Like i said to you yesterday.. that whole tobruk match makes alot of sense now, sure a few of your players did well against us, but when we lose the ability to sneak around because your players are cheating, it makes a huge difference.

Brilliant for pointing out the obvious Soul. I continue to stand by everything I said. Rules are meant to be followed, of which he has not done. He will suffer the consequences of never playing matches or most likely on any remaining pub ever again, of which I will be assisting in making this happen.

I DO feel responsible for having him on the team and having this happen, and I personally apologized to Iced Earth and his team after it happened. I also have given thought to pulling my team from BFCL for the remainder of the season, from where he was caught, but have yet to speak with Holden and will take his advice into account before deciding.

All your post has shown Soul was I did EXACTLY what I said I would do, and will continue to do so.

why is everyone throwing shrek under the bus? Shrek has handled it well in BFCL (since thats where it happened). He's removed batman from the twl roster. What else should he do?

I think its kind of funny how when other clans/players hack its "no big deal"...but when it happened to QLS/PIGS its the biggest thing ever.

I was kind of surprised at the reaction, but then I realized most all of the posts here are from ownzr. Nevermind! That explains the outcry.

There's nothing groundbreaking in that post. All you're doing is quoting what shrek had to say about cracking down on hackers. EB was immediately removed from their roster and he already apologized. Soul do you have any reading comprehension at all?

I'm not saying you should pre-screen teammates. I'm saying if a player has been caught cheating, anywhere, it can safely be assumed that they have been cheating for months. If the host team wants to maintain that their previous record is legit, they should have to produce clean screenshots of subsequently caught players.

Apparently, the TWL rules in this are clear. It looks like QLS are due for only a 20% drop in ladder position, but no change in record is required. Fair enough, and if that was your answer, that would be the end of it. To state that you "have no doubt in my mind that match would have ended in the same fashion" is just too convenient.

Talk about slap on the wrist. The ENTIRE ownzr team was BANNED for shorty hacking in a PUB.

I must agree that's fucked up and uncalled for. Just because there's one bad apple doesn't mean the entire crop is sour. Shorty may of cheated or whatever, and its no secret he did here and there in matches (anyone who says otherwise is lying to themselves) but that doesn't mean that everyone in Ownzr wasn't legit.

Then again, K3 was never full of angels.
