CS:S Still active?

I'm wondering if the CS:S 2v2 & 5v5 ladders are still active. I have challenged a team but they dont seem to be that active on the ladder.

Is this a common thing in CS:S now?

Unfortunately it is and we are trying to keep only the active teams on the ladders. Teams are currently removed weekly for inactivity

Ok,

I challenged a team and its been 3 days and they havent responded. Could i have that challenge removed so i could challenge another team.

My teams name is 1 Noob Standing CS:S

Thanks
