Boooo....I thought it was just decided to disable Bhop in regular (non-GG) ladders. And we're changing again? Bleh.

The vote was slightly in the keep bhopping favor. It will be easier to do this and create a new ladder and it by the way looks like we will be creating a few new ladders.
