It is way better than OGL, only the top 5 teams are semi-active there. At least here you only have to wade through 3 forfeit wins at the very most before you play.
Or you could just wait a brief period until you can challenge teams that ARENT at rung 50 so that they are actually active. You go to any ladder and you are liable to hit a couple inactive teams near the bottom of the ladder. That is literally the only possible way to end up at the bottom of a ladder, because no one is bad enough to NEVER win.
Ok, individual dispute(s) and issues should be addressed with the admin staff to get them resolved. The forums aren't the place for this, also note that the ladder(s) are cleaned often for best performance. Our overall activity is above 50% sometimes it is higher then that, with that said the lower rungs have always been a problem. The team(s) in the lower rungs is new and usually is still within the time frame of getting enough player(s) to meet roster requirements. Another thing is that if people were patient and didn't give up after one or two forfeits it is possible that this issue could be resolved or made far better then it is now. The fact that the lower levels aren't active enough is as much a result of the team(s) and player(s) then the overall ladder(s) themselves. The staff is constantly removing team(s) from the ladder(s) daily to provide the best possible experience for everyone on the various ladders.
