New US CS:S Rule & Config File Updates
The Teamwarfare US CS:S staff has announced the new update of the US Counter Strike: Source Ruleset and Configuration file.

Included in this update is a new Screenshot rule. Every player is Now Required to take a screenshot of a Terrorist and Counter Terrorist skin with a smoke grenade in the background prior to match start. Teams are also required to take a screenshot of the scoreboard at this time. In all screenshots net_graph 3 must be enabled. These screenshots must be held for a minimum of two weeks.

This ruling has been applied to ALL US CS:S rulesets. You may visit the TWL Ruleset Chooser to select your appropriate ruleset to verify any questions you may have.

The US Config File has also been changed for CS:S competition. The new file contains a change to Add an Additional Round so screenshots may be taken. The new config file, along with other CS downloads, may be Found Here.

For aditional help, the CS Admins can be found at #twl_cs on the Gamesurge network via IRC.

Proud to be an American!
you updated the 5v5 config right. so why not take out sv_hltv 1 // 0 and 1 are legal values because it does not work anymore.

replace it with

tv_enable 0 // 0 and 1 are legal values
tv_delay 90 //90 is max allowed by SrcTv

Also I don't see the need to limit the maxronds to 16 the leauge cfg you can edit between 15/whatever I like to put it at 0 this should be changed as well.

Putting it to 16 for ss round is fine if no one needs a drink/piss break

Edit* I also noticed when the cfg is exec you can still get kicked for killing a teamate in spawn right after round start don't know what the command is I think it would be
mp_spawnprotectiontime 0

Sticky YAY hope this stuff gets changed.

I actually don't see the reason for any max rounds at all mp_maxrounds set to 0 works fine as long as both team agree to the score at the switch.
why must net_graph 3 be enabled?
to catch those using the +35 douchery.
net_graph 3 must be enabled when a player takes their ss now so we can catch the people that try and take a ss off a demo.

only thing I dont get about the rules is why DE maps are only played...and not CS maps like office, italy(i think), thats really odd.
The AI for the hostages sucks. That's why no CS maps are played.

How would you feel if in the final round you are running back with all 4 hostages and one stops in the long tunnel from T spawn, but you don't notice that until you rescue the 3 other?
they dont play cs maps because the terrorists can just kill all the hosties then hide, then they win.
