How I make myself feel better...

I started a new account recently, and I don't have nearly enough time to play, so it's still a really low level account. So I end up playing with a lot of llammas, usually on both teams, but often they are all on the same team.

Last night I had some supper shitty partners in a random 4v4 game. For the seccond time this week, one of my partners got his base owned by creeps in the first couple minutes. He was orc and had started building burrows out towards a gold mine. The creeps on this map are kinda tough, so he lost a couple burrows, his hero, and one or two grunts. It was so depressing. Then, about a minute later, the night elf teamate who was next to him, tries to build a tree of life at the same gold mine where the creeps were that had attacked the orc.... but half of the creeps were still there! He didn't cancel the building. Just lets it die. I was shaking my head as I sat there in absolute awe of the magnificent stupidity being displayed for me.

So, to make myself feel better, I decided to tower rush a newb before I went to bed. It really is theraputic.

It went exactly the way I wanted it to go. He started cussin' up a storm right away. Callin' me a "gay ass newb" and other simmilar shit. He was saying what a llama I was for not even having units to back up my towers. I couldn't help but feel better. I was laughin' my ass off, till he finally quit out.

Oh, and he was night elf. It's allways more satisfying when they're a night elf.


So, anyhow, I wen't to bed happy.

Agreed. Killing an elf by any means necessary is great fun

lol NE have the easiest tower rush beater too... unless you're stupid and dont have an ancient of war going. If they do the super early rush you just uproot your ancient and rape all their towers. If they dont then you can build archers and AP's to counter their stupid shit. Or you can cuss them out and call them pussies. That always destroys their towers and gives you the W.

He had just finnished his alter and a moon well when I showed up with 3 peons and started 3 towers.

He started his hero (demon hunter). Then he stood up his Tree of Life and started walking towards the towers. OMG, THE ToL IS FUCKING SLOW! It took him about 25 seconds just to walk over to the towers. He started making an Ancient of War then.

He did a little dammage with his ToL before the towers were finnished. They all finnished and started firing at the ToL. I had all 3 peons start repairing the one tower he had dammaged. They repair a lot faster than he can do dammage. His hero came out so I had all 3 towers target his hero. He tried to kill my peons but i ran them between the towers and he couldn't fit between so he had to run around them. The hero died and I went back to repairing the tower his ToL had dammaged.

His AoW was done and he walked him over. He also brought all 5 of his gold wisps over and tried to repair his ToL. I targeted the wisps with my 3 towers and took them down in a hurry. When his AoW reached my towers, he actually had it attack a different tower than the one his ToL was attacking!

His Hero spawned again and he managed to kill 2 of my 3 peons before the Demon Hunter died again.

My one peon was not able to repair as fast as his ToL and AoW were doing dammage. But fortunately he kept them attacking sepperate towers. All the while he's calling me a newbie.




By the way; I watched the replay... had he not stood up his tree of life, he had the money to start the Tree of Ages upgrade and get a huntress hall. Had he kept mining, he could have started a balista as soon as he reached tier 2. Would have been game over. I couldn't have built into his base fast enough. And there's no way I could have recovered my economy from a 3 peon tower rush.


He could have gone for Ancient Protecter, but that would only be 25 secconds faster, and the AP has less range than the towers, so it's a bit of a gamble. Ballista is a sure thing.

If you stand up your ToL, you may as well quit out right then!

i cant believe you analyzed a newb doing stupid things...

if he had gotten a hunt hall it woulda been faster and he coulda gotten 1 ap and easily destroyed your towers since ap's do siege damage (150% to buildings) while your nerfed towers do pierce damage (50% to buildings).

He coulda done ALOT of things but he didnt cuz he's a freakin noob.
