Since there are 6 teams remaining in both of these divisions (1 or 2 less than any others), I think the final 3 remaining in round 3 should do a round robin between themselves (each team play eachother once, the team with the best record wins the division). If not this then the 3rd team on the bottom will get a bye into the divisional finals. Just a suggestion to keep there from being ANY byes in this tournament.
