Yup, It's going to be a hard fight against =C O M=. We do alot of extra caricular scrimming with them so we know what we are up against going in. Good Luck in advance guys and just on the off chance that we don't win, lets just hope we can put up a decent enough fight for ya.

Of course you know I have to say =DREAD= > =C O M=

As for the rest I wouldn't be to sure about E.Assault Team and BOV. I think those boys have a pretty decent shot at taking E. down. I would tend to agree with the rest though.

dude your 1-1 on the twl ladder about to become 1-2 after your match, your not good. get over it. I dont know how many teams that have a 1-2 record on a ladder are considered good. How many do you know?

Secondly, you can't win every match and Im sure you will face defeat very soon. Does that mean you guys are horrible?? I have no clue, but don't jump to conclusions and stay on topic with a thread.

Why is it that these clans are pretty hard to find? For starters, their server? Most don't even have their server IP listed on their own website. Strange, IMO. Never see too many of these clans from the other ladder, but it's kinda hard to check out the competition when you can't even find them.

Ok here goes with some of the ones that i either know that clans or know of them.

LG>CATT not sure what happened to LG at first. They seemed to be on a roll in ladders and looked like a real strong team. Still i have no doubt that they can take down the felines.

FF wins over fivestar, again i have written this like 5 times lets see if it finally posts

Hmm....I can't speculate on all the teams, since I haven't seen several of them play...however, I'll pick on the ones I've seen play:

Division 1:
-xK vs. MoW: Man, MoW is an awesome group of peeps. VERY respectful and very fun to hang around...only reason I would even think of using Vent. Howevr, xK will be a very tough opponent.

Division 2:
-GDC vs. AK: My vote goes to GDC.
-Revising vs. TM: My vote goes to TM.

Division 3:
-Violentricity vs. EVO: I think EVO will pull this one out.
-Firefighters vs. Fivestar: Hmm...I was playing with FF* on a server running Italy, at the time, and I have to say I was thoroughly impressed with what I saw...FF* for the win.

Division 4:
-D12C vs. AKA: Much love to D12C...they'll pull this one out.

Division 7:
-NSF vs. Enigma: NSF for the win.
-5SFG vs. CBW: 5SFG will win this one...I don't expect this one to be a competition. The brackets have an error...so, they're still in the tourney.

Division 8:
COM vs. DREAD: COM definitely is one of the top 10 teams in this tourney. Not sure if many of the CAL-M teams know COM, but I'm sure they will once this tournament is over with.

Trust me, me know all about their A$$ kickin ways. Much respect for them, and I think anyone who has played them will say the same. We are going to give them everything we have in round 2 and there will be no hard feelings either way. If they make it past us there is no doubt in my mind they can take it all the way to number 1.

=COM= definitely is on par with any clan you can name...TWL, or otherwise.

Hey now, the underdogs always have a chance...

yeah id luv to see you guys win, but in all reality i dont see it happening. smf skill is to much. They would have to have all just installed UO an hour before match maybe and never looked at Italy once for u to come away with a victory. Even then their ability to just kill is so good that u would have to be come tank and 88 whores to out do them. GL but i see an end for u guys in the tourney

Hey CogitoErgoSum how are you? The reason you probably do not find teams like coolguys, fivestar, smf, firefighters, TM, vexed etc is because we all are located in mIRC.

All of our teams are located on irc. gamesurge .net server here are some of the channels you can find us on

you can use the java chat applet at http://www.gamesurge.net to connect and then just type /join #ffsquad and you will see us! or just use mirc.
We also have a website http://www.ffsquad.net and i know most of the other teams do as well. We do have our own servers, we are sponsored by lockedonhosting.net and they provide great servers, both public and private. They are called teh Locked Box servers usually headed by the city in which they are located ( [NYC] [DFW] [CHI] ) .

Ah, ok. That makes sense now.

Thanks for the tips. I recall seeing several servers listed by the cities in which the server is hosted.

Ex: xK's is NY, Ploy's is DFW...
