Question about guid

We have a member that is having internet problems. He has a friends house that he can play at but we are not sure if that is allowed with the pb_guid and all. Does it matter or is that alright?

i believe if he puts in his cd key for the game it will bring up his correct guid. have him load the game and try it. if the game is already loaded he should be able to enter a new cd key and ten have him check his guid if its the same as on twl hes good to go
