one of the qualifications of being on that list was your name being forwarded to AGA.

That can't happen anymore, so unless something changes... no new people. O_o

Why would you forward cheaters CDS found to AGA?

AGA does not support CDS. Also, they can't ban from official servers unless the person used the hack on official servers.

To at least give them a heads up to keep an eye on him maybe?? He (or I guess she) was caught RED HANDED, by a program hailed by tons of AA gamers. Besides, since when has an AGA have to actually see something wrong to ban someone..
