NA vs EU ladder ROSTER

we have a team - and we have both the NA 4v4 and 6v6 ladders in operation

we most recently joined the EU ladders -- BUT, when we click join the EU ladders it asked for PW, which I insert then it says that I need to add a GUID !!?? AGAIN? And it wont let any of us join!

I am already registered and operating in TWL!!

What do I do?

Highlight your name in the top left then rollover Account Maintenance then click Profile. Then find the link add another id (about middle of the page). Click on "America's Army Login Name" in the ID Type, and in the Relevant Value field, put your in-game alias exactly as you have it when you login to America's Army 2, then click the button add identifier.

Once you have your identifier added in on your profile page then go to your team's twl page and join the ladder.

That should do it!
