Banned for cheating Milestone

This month marks the 250 person milestone of banned cheaters from TWL. Not sure what to make of it. Do we be happy we have stopped that many from screwing up play for everyone else or are we sickened that we have that many players who found the need to cheat to seem as if they were better players.


Play on everyone. Take a second to thank Hydra sometime...he deserves it.

As you stated =M@ddog=, it is a double-edged sword.

The upswing is that the staff here care's about the fairness of competition enough to actually ensure therules are followed or else.

The downswing is the number of people who do not follow the rules.

I do have to wonder two things:

1) Out of those 250 players, how many of them were caught cheating (non-hack type cheats) simply because they did not read the rules before playing a match?

2) Does winning REALLY mean that much?

the 250 are just those caught cheating, has nothing to do with those that were banned for just being idiots

Cheating is very naughty

Maddog, we should definitely be happy! Think about the other games without CDC and how many are getting away with the cheating. TWL AA is the best by far and a BIG part of it is CDC. GREAT JOB HYDRA!
