Match times

I never thought I would be the one to raise this, but what happens when we can't get agreement on match times?

SRU have been challenged by UPF, and we have suggested the earliest times available on a Friday and Monday with a request we play earlier. They now say they cant play later than 8.30 GMT, (3.30 EST), and I doubt we can get our US players on at that time on a week day. I have suggested a start time of 8.30 GNT either Saturday or Sunday. If they come back and say this is too late, where do we go? I don't want to call foul, but also want my clan to be fully represented.

Is this their problem as challengers, or ours as defenders?

Looking for helpful advice.

TWL league was set up as a US league with American times for play. We have always tried to accomodate any team especially foreign groups with game times.

But the bottom line is that they challenged and must chose to play at one of the times you have set forth.

Maybe they will go with the saturday option... I know it sucks but teams have to realize the time zones involved in this league before they sign up.
