PAM UO V3 Final Released

This should fix most of the issues being experienced with ready-up. Note: This is NOT approved for match play until announced by TWL.

PLEASE read the Readme included with V3... there are MANY, MANY important changes you guys should be aware of.

WAs the 56k players problem fixed?

yes, 56kers can be slaughtered at will now.

Unless you are talking about the RATE issue with PB, that has nothing to do with PAM UO.
