osp again

well theres a new osp version out there, ya all looking into it or we will stay with what we got now? just my opinion from the few games ive played under this new osp cuz i really cant tell what servers r running it so far, but in some the game speed is way faster and player movement as well, the player feels as its not heavy now, u know the way u move, i can feel the movement on my keys, very fast and light.

If the gameplay is different, check the setting..your prob on a server with non-default speed and gravity (seems to be tons like that out there).


As far as the new osp Teams should should upgrade to it when they get a chance in the near future. Both OSP++ versions are ok at the moment but the latest release is what Team Warfare will be requiring soon.

I think OSP++ should be required for the entire season. Most people seem to agree that it's perfectly balanced, and there isn't much that needs to be improved with it.
There should be no need to have to adjust to a new OSP everytime Derean creates a new one, which is starting to become a weekly thing.

I do believe the misspelling is in the original request by him for a "costum title under" his name. So I think it's supposed to be there.

I think Restict was referring to OSP 0.1d++ (up from 0.1b++). There are no gameplay changes, only a few critical bug fixes.

OSP 0.1d++ is running on [og] Gangstas Paradise 64.37.104.132 for those who may wanna check it out, but there's nothing to notice.

as an official statement OSP ++ version 0.1b through 0.1d are all legal. There are no competition critical bugs corrected that makes me insist everyone updates.. But its a good idea

Forget about the in game browser and just get an out of game server browser (The All Seeing Eye is worth every penny of the 10 bucks it costs to register it). You can then check the server for just about anything before joining it And yes, the server you were on probably had the settings jacked. Like was stated, a lot of servers are like that in CTF mostly.

If Michelle really pays $10 for ASE she must be dumber than I thought, and I really believed that was impossible. Not only is she illiterate (read her posts on the CAL forums, the biggest word she uses is "reticule"), but she also wastes money on free programs.

By paying for ASE you unlock the more advanced features like unlimited player tracking, server rcon, server monitoring, and some other crap. I use these features all the time and am very happy with the $30 I spent on the lifetime license.

its optional.. you can have the new osp loaded and not have thoses diff spawn and case point.. it just offer you the OPTION of doing it.
