Time to make N4L go away.

1.Mention to Admins a small problem: Some noob team on SOF2 CTF has chosen the name "N**gers for Life". Time to make that go away quickly, I would suspect.

2. Ask if we can make permanently banning simpletons like this a habit around here.

3. Embarrass these 8-year-old fucktards by showing what ignorant shitheads they are, and give everyone else a chance to laugh at their pathetic stupidity. Feel free to post your public shaming of the "Losers for Life" here!

And N4L, dont come back and say that you are African Americans so it is okay...(common excuse on our server when we tell people they will be banned for using that term) It is NOT okay for anyone to use that term, and if that is what you think then you are just fooling (and berating) yourself.

i guess some people here still live in the 50s and hate blacks. there is nothing in that name that is disrespectful to me and if they chose that name for THEMSELVES why shouldnt they be able to keep it?

There were tons of peoples who fought in the 50s for the right to NOT be called that. I think it's proper to respect them and their efforts.

Well, Infernal...there IS a difference, in my opinion.

It comes down to context. Swearing may offend or annoy SOME people, but anybody who isn't deeply angered by the use of the so-called "N-word" is a mental degenerate in my books. Allowing some childish loser to use a name like that for a team implies it's OK. It's not.

Hey, people have every right to BE ignorant and racist....but they DON't have a right for others to accept them.

Seriously, though, there will ALWAYS be neanderthal morons who think that it's cool, funny, or even accurate to put out that kind of bigoted crap. But that doesn't mean we have to tolerate them. It's not the first time a team has chosen such a name, and I am sure it won't be the last. However it also won't be the first time such a team was renamed or removed by the admins..and good for them.

All I can think of when I see crap like that is that it's really getting to be time to thin the herd.

And before someone goes crying about "Freedom of Speech", remember that this ain't the Government and it ain't public access T.V. Someone OWNS TWL, and THEY are the only constitution around here.
