SOF2 Stock CTF League Petition (sp)

Several reasons come to mind.
First the fps rate on rgm maps blow chunks & the lagg that goes with.

Second Stock maps rule on the being able to see what your shooting at @ some distance.

Just use the same rules as for rgm just use stock maps.
wont be that hard to set up.

Please sticky this post so all teams can show there interest. Also I think you would get some more clans in here that dont like rgm maps because of the stuff I mentioned above.

I vote for this to happen PLEASE.

I gotta vote no on this one. OGL, PG, CAL are primarily stock map ladders. SG, IGL are mixed. TWL is the only rmg only ladder, and some teams like it that way. They are evenly balanced maps and require more than a shotgun and nades. They require teamwork, and in my opinion, more skill than stock maps.

Get 20 interested teams to post here and we'll take this to the next step

sidenote: since I'm aware people appreciate CTF on TWL for its RMG only ladder, the stock ladder would be seperate.. The RMG ladder is staying put as it is.

exactly I am not suggesting to abbolish rgm's I simply want to have them add the stocks league aswell.

RMG's only. Much more tactical. If you want stock, there is plenty other leagues.

Keep the ladder as is, but if you added a league with set match day/times T|A would definately join.

I believe he is asking for a stock map league/ladder in addition to the rmg ladder... not a replacment... why would anyone mind if another ladder opened up? mobfather,Great1?

i agree with great on this one that would be mayhem,thats whats so sweet about twl ctf the RMGS and the team work that goes with it the stock maps are small considering that there would be 16 players nadeing the living hell out of the map.
im not saying i wouldnt play if my clan would vote yes on this it would be a slauther fest and it would come down to who could hold the apponents spawn the longest and that would suck for the team that was flamed in at there spawn.

Team-Syndicate [TS] would love to have a stock map league for ctf.

It would make a great addition to the INF League, as well as the RMG CTF ladder.

Some teams do not like the RMG style play, some do. This would open a venue for both types of teams on TWL for SOF2 ctf.

If TWL makes a stock map ladder/league Assassin Network would be more than happy to join.Would have to reduce the number of players though to at least 6 maybe 5 to make it more playable and less spam nading.

Go for it Admin. There are alot of teams that prefer stock maps. Hell, there are teams on other ladders not here because of the rmg only. Please just don't mix the 2. Some rule tweaking would also be appreciated. The other ladders are dominated by 2 things - nades and shottys.

Having a CTF ladder with stock maps would be great. I know many clans that would join up if TWL would sponsor one. Go for it.

ya LL would be down, if you lower the ammount of players to 5 or 6.

Mos Def would enjoy a Stock now and then...like 2 rmg, 1 stock...

Ok.. I think we may start off with a CTF stock map ladder and see how it flies.. 6v6.. if I see the activity on both CTF ladders doing well and the inf league goes smoothly then we can work on a CTF league here also..
