no problem guys. i just want to let all the TWL fellas know who havent quite yet made the decision on whether or not to join CAL yet to know whats going on. and that all is being done to keep this kind of crap from happening.

Think of PunkBuster kind of like Norton Antivirus. It only catches the cheats that it knows about (ie, that have been turned in from gamers). If PB doesn't know about it...its not gonna catch them.
