Wat do u do if the person u challenge has accepted but hasnt replied 2 match comm

I challeneged this guy and he accepted and i added match communications an he hasnt replied, and i was woundering wat 2 do nxt. cuz my match is suposed 2 b at 11:30pm GMT.
Im in the european 1v1 isnt the times supose 2 GMT as well
