Just Checking... would like admins final word

Is going the stairs to kill the VIP in NAfrica a legit tactic?? Just asking in light of some matches coming up in the next few days and would like a final word by one of the admins before then.

~Thanks
100% legit (unless both teams agreed not to use it in the match comm, I believe)
Deku is correct.

I would climb the stairs if they camp him up there 2 long.....
Both clans can agree to not use certain known map exploits in the match comms.

out of curiosity, are there any map "exploits" / "features"
that ARE outlawed in twl games without the agreement of
both teams? or are they all "fair game" unless both teams
agree not to use them in their match?

for example, my opinion is that various get-on-the-roof
antics in sri lanka are not / should not be allowed. or
does this fall into the same catagory as, say, bunny-hopping
up the stairs on nafrica?

there is nothing in the rules page about anything being outlawed, so everything is legit unless discussed in match communications i guess.
I believe map exploits such as in sri lanka are illegal, but apparently boosting in chech is legal unless both teams agree not to use it.
yeah. it might be nice to specifically list questionable
actions and label them as either being an exploit / illegal,
or being a map feature / legal unless agreed not to do it.

if anyone has the time and desire to do so, that is.

opinions on whether something like, say, getting to gradeno
before the aa guns are destroyed, could vary. one player
could easily assume that it's an exploit and the map creator
had no intention of that happening, while another player
assumes it's ok since the teams didn't mention it pre-match.

need to define which actions are in which catagory or sooner
or later it'll be an issue for someone (again, perhaps).

not that huge of a deal, i suppose, but it wouldn't hurt.
for the sake of clarity, etc.

just before every match we have involving chech, I say "its agreed that boosting up before the aa's are down is illegal, correct?"

i go by rules page, not forum posts, show me where in rules page it lists any illegal things on srilanka???

this is the crux of my bitch, UPDATE THE DAMN RULES PAGE IF RULES ARE CHANGED!!!!!! there is nothing more annoying then to have to dig for rules, makes the league, and all the teams in it look like idiots.. if its on the rules page, enforce it, if it isnt on there, it must be legal..
Laugh saying boosting is illegal before aa guns are down... no need to boost to get up that hill.
Well, not necessarily the boosting aspect, but just GETTING up there before the AA's are down was probably not how the map was intended to be played.
shh.
trade secrets, etc.
