Europe...

As a European clan it is very hard to play a war at TWL.

The earliest a war can be played is 8u30pm, that is 01u30am CET. These hours are unacceptable for many European players, nor should they be accepted.
The other problem is that we can not play on an American server with a ping lower than 200.
These things make it really hard for us.

Thats why I want to ask TWL to start a European ladder because I think a lot of squads with European players have this problem.
At the moment there are only 5 european clans(I'm not sure about the rest) on TWL, but I know a lot more clans that are waiting for a good european ladder to start.

My clan, the [SWAT#Fr], is from Europe.

I have spoken with Jarlaxle. He and Spynes will need information and help if we go this route. Contact them in irc or email to help things move along.

Ok Necroid, we will need to see what kind of interest there is in this. If you can get all European clans you can think of to post here and show interest we can get more serious. Generally if we can get 10 clans with strong interest joined up, there will be a ladder created. We would like there to be a community of 20 teams. So far we have your clan and J0$e BOVE chiming in with one. You say there are 4-5 other European clans that you know of. Get them to post in here that they are interested in joining.
I'd recommend checking out foreign sites that have something about Global Ops in them. Post on forums etc.. link to here. Like I said, if we get 10 teams with strong interest, Polaris would most likely agree to start up the ladder.

Get the clans and contact them if you have any problems or questions.

I too strongly support Necroid on this one. I am the CL of F0X, a clan dedicated to go entirely made of Belgian and Dutch players. The hours we should war on are indeed inacceptable or nigh-on-impossible. The servers we must play on are indeed mostly inacceptable too. I think the only solution lies in a European ladder and I would gladly contribute to this.

Our clan has its own server with good pings. Its on a 4Mbit line in Norway now and we are usually playing between 2000CET and lateCET.

There is "match communication" once you challenge/are challenged. Defender chooses 2 dates/times they can play...and the attacker picks one of those.

Looks like we have more then 10 already. I guess this means the European ladder will be there. I would like to say to Polaris and Spynes (and other staff as well) that first of all I am very gratefull and second I would like to offer any help they might need, be it mailing to squads, creating pages or doing research. And I'm quite sure the people from Fox will want to help too.

Our clan is ready to battle.. We are building a website with a forum so we can be challenged there. Also attackers can send me an email: zerosum@exeqt.org.
