EXEC Not Allowed

i installed CDC and ranit to make sure it worked ok before i had a match,now that its not running when i press my SF bind (exec sf.txt) it says EXEC Not Allowed

any ideas how to fix that or will i have to re-install?

lol you dont want to exec files when logged on CDC unless you absolutely want to end up banned

That protection has been put in places to prevent people who dont read the rules to be banned executing simple files, because executing files is a bannable offense. Take a look at the rules

No need to re-install. Look at the rules and it will tell you how to fix it.

but thats the thing,i already logged out of CDC before EXEC files,and still saying EXEC Not Allowed

CDC in NOT running when im tryin to do that

Try looking into the task manager (alt+ctrl+delete), see if you can still see CDC running somewhere and terminate if so.

You must login as admin or player/admin to exec files (force class such that sf.txt).

ok dude here is how u fix that not being able to run exec, you go to ur user.ini and then u remove the alias that is not allowing the exec command. save ur ini and then open aa and join, if ur an admin then u can run it. kewl huh

in your user.ini
CDC write a text string due to avoid exec function use during a match of TWL.

You have to delete this text string.

I'm not able to remember what is the text to be deleted
but you can DELETE your USER.INI

starting AA
user,ini will be created as new installation. (you will lost your bind).

Usually i use 2 User,ini
1 for TWL
1 for Admin administration of server (where I need to use EXEC function)
