Cheating ! What do you do ??

If you know that someone in TWL competitions has been caught cheating (PBSS) on a server, what do you do ?
I've been looking through different forums and i've noticed that some members in a clan (playing in TWL) has been caught using hacks that wasen't detected by PB.
Is CDC more reliable and secure to hacks than PB and what would happen to these players/clan that use hacks ?

CDC checks for things in addition to PB. That isn't to say that one is better or more thorough than the other, but when used in concert they tend to catch most people.
