Having problems with Sentinel Dawn

Every time I try to connect to a server running sentinel Dawn it tells me that I don't have the right map. I downloaded the map from the TWL download site and from the authors site and still gert the same error. I know a few of our guys have this problem. Whats up with that.

PS I know I put them in the right folder too.

The guy serving the map may have it in the wrong folder or even both folders. If the server has the map in the wrong folder you will get that error just the same as if the client had it in the wrong place.

MG Killing Fields is running the d/l from TWL and my computer is running the d/l from nodaichi.net. Extract "ALL" files should be checked and terrain goes into \resource\maps, the missions d/l goes into \resource\USERmissions it works for us, and for both teams we have played on it, OF and SI.

If your looking for server that will probably have the correct version installed, check. NewBattleFields.tk

You will find a list of servers running custom maps. You can even check and see if they are running at that very moment.

I have played a DD game and on a few servers running Sentinal, Steel host a quickie server tonight with it running and ill join it, if it works that means you have the right version.

Sure, I'll get in touch on MSN tonight before the SLA match. I removed and reinstalled it again yesterday (3rd time) but couldn't find a server running it last night to try it out.

I've yet to get the server to show the tactical map in the game prior to launch. Is that the 3rd install and where in the world do I extract that to?

I figured out what the problem was. I had some old SD files in the Missions folder. I deleted these and all was OK.
