AKA Knight Assasins - please report loss

Hey guys! I regret that you guys forfieted (due to not showing up), but could you please report the loss. Thanks.
This is concerning the ~US~ ShadowRiders vs. AKA Knight Assasins match scheduled for the 27th.

What is going on here? I have just sent a 3rd email requesting action be taken concerning the 2vs2 Mercs match (~US~ShadowRiders vs. AKA Knight Assasins) scheduled for 7/27).

Is this typical of how the ladder is normally administered? I orginally sent an email to WarHammer via the link on our team-page (warhammer@swbell.net) but did not get any response. I understand that everyone is busy, but it has been nearly a week.

My biggest gripe is best expressed as a question: Why hasn't Knight Assasins reported the loss via forfiet? Or ... Why haven't they attempted to contact us?

I just hope the situation is resolved soon.
