Punctual attendance

Why is it such a big problem for teams to have enough players for a match at start time... if the team doesnt have enough people BY start time let alone 15 mins after something is very wrong. It seems to becoming fashionable to show up late for matches in TWL and to be honest it is diusgusting.

HEL makes a HUGE effort to practice for a match and SHOW up early.. it is very easy to do. If the match is at 10:30 est show at 10:00 est.... duh..

If you know you cannot make it early for the match.. shedule it later!!

I really think there should be NO tolerance for the tardiness and a more sever punishment should be administered.

Failure to Appear

For each ladder there is a minimum number of players needed to proceed with a match. Teams should have the minimum number of players on the appropriate server no later than 15 minutes after the scheduled match time. Failure to meet this requirement will result in an immediate forfeit against the non-compliant party. Both teams should be ready to play no later than 30 minutes from the scheduled match time (Unless agreed upon by both parties). Failure to agree to start the match at this time will result in forfeiture by the non-compliant party. A TWL admin should be contacted immediately (mIRC - #twl) for a ruling to be made.

according to this rule the match must start within 30 minutes of scheduled start time failure to do so will result in the offending team to forfeit.

So if your match is scheduled to start at 10pm est be checked up and ready by 1030 est or it will be a forfeit if the other team asks for it.

You are correct BT, But they must have the minimum number of players in the server no later then 15 minutes from the scheduled match time. Failure to meet this requirement will result in forfiture by the non-compliant Party. accoring to TWL rules. Correct?

Only 2 CSS showed from what I understand

If that is the case and the team already there wishes to enforce the forfeit needs to contact either me, Trap, or Warhammer.

HEL waited until 10:47 EST for CSS to meet the minimum and they failed to so. HEL's preference would have been to play this match and let the better team win.

These were the people that were contacted according to the TWL contacts.

Here's the story: AT the scheduled time HEL well exceed the minimum requirement for TWL. CSS replied with only two. Approximately 17mins post match schedule CSS remained with only 2 pilots. The remaining CSS pilots had nothing to say for themselves or the whereabouts of their fellow members.

HEL is not trying to be demeaning to anyone futhermore we've tried to contact the appropriate personel to inform the admins of the situation [TrapY or whoever is on the list].
