Thanks for great games RG, and for putting up with our player delay on Timberline. I was trying to get some other BDE involved so everyone was happy. You guys played some excellent CTF tonight.

On another note the CTF gametype has really gone downhill after this latest patch. Therefore we are leaving the CTF ladder until they come out with another patch that fixes the game or until mercs comes out and hopefully that does something.

We had an issue with the TTC server which most of you know about, but tonight it even happpened on our own server. Not to the same extent where we saw it before but it was pretty bad. When you can't do damage you can't win games. I don't even know if RG noticed a problem or not but they adapted rather well if they were having problems.

Kudos to TTC and the teams left here on TWL for adapting with a strategy of splash and clusters but we choose to not run a defense in that way. You can all go ahead and flame us all you want for it but we like to kill the runners with lasers and guass not splash. To each his own. This is just our opinion of how we like to D and I do not mean to take anything away from any other teams on this ladder. Everyone on this ladder should be congratulated for putting up with it this long, your records speak for themselves.

Take care kovey, it's a shame to see you guys go. You don't deserve to be flamed for leaving the ladder when the NDB has made many people quit the game itself and move on. Cya around slacker

Sorry to see you go, Kovey. The NDB really sucks. I was hoping that we'd see more Vengeance matches now that it's allowed thru the GA, but we haven't heard any input from RAGE or SCS. Perhaps we need to think about making this a Vengence ladder until another patch or mercs comes out. The NDB seems to be more prevalent in BK than Vengeance.

The NDB is affecting all CTFers but we choose to stay coz since the CTF community is small enough now , we should just forget these bugs and just having fun together .

RG's rule no 1 is to have fun
RG's rule no 2 is refer to no 1
RG's rule no 3 if rule 1 and 2 failed then make it fun ourself.

Sorry to see you go, Kovey and BDE. NDB has made a mess of ctf.

I've played several games on Vengeance lately. Guess what? I got a bunch of no damage knockdowns. Neato.

I hope a dev or two is taking notice that an entire gametype is getting the big swirly because their game is whacked in a thorough and fundamental way.

Thanks for everything guys. The CTF community will live on because of people like you. JIMI you know I can't stay out of that fine server from time to time! Good luck on the ladder all.

Ack, I'm a little late.

GG, Roving Guns, you guys played some great CTF and definitely brought what it takes to beat us even if NDB wasn't there.

To all the remaining CTF teams: Good luck with your matches on TWL and we will stop in the open servers from time to time to hang out with all the cooler-than-TAers.

Here's prayin' for better gameplay in future games/patches.
