Same Problems

I'm having some of the same problems everyone else is having. Reinstalled Mohaa and Spearhead. When I start Rev it warns me I may have files in my mohaa folder that rev may consider cheats. Do you want to exit and delete these? I went and deleted everything it told me to. One of the files was breakthrough.exe. Even after I delete it, it comes back into to mohaa folder, and asks if I want to remove it again. Funny thing is I don't have BT installed on my machine anymore. After awhile I just bypassed that question and moved on to the next step. It goes through all the checks and everything passes, then the game launches and the map is loading and then it just locks up or goes back to windows. I have the firewall and antivirus disabled and it still does the same thing. After that when I start SH regularly it wants to go into safe mode. WTF

I always picked NO when this came up and since the first time I got into a MW server I have never had this messege pop up again.

I had the the same BT file come back over and over no matter how many times I deleted it. Finally, I just installed BT again for the hell of it and to give it a reason to be there.

A couple things you might want to consider. Make sure sv_pure isnt on in the MW server. With my anti-virus, I would disable it and Rev would still lock up and not let me in. I had to choose the option disabling it on windows startup and rebooting. Then I was able to connent. BTW (in the server the other players told me MW said I "had attemted to replace a PK3 with a modified one" This messege went away and I was able to enter the server after the disable and reboot.

This happens everytime to me after I get out of a MW server and try to launch the game from the SH icon.

yeh I went into msconfig and disabled everything and started Rev. after the reboot. Still had all of the same problems. Frustrating.

Are you guys running your MW server at certain times? If you don't mind I would like to try and connect to yours if your continuing testing.

Ok...YAY...finally got it. It was my antivirus. My antivirus is Pc-Chillin. I had to go under services in msconfig and shut it down that way. Once it was disabled I was able to connect with no problems. Thanks for the help
