Processes

When I'm playing with revernd on, about everything thirty seconds it's telling me about a process im running. The two are rndal.exe and msmsgs.exe. Apparently they have something to do with MSN and Realplayer but i was wondering if anyone knew how to disable them, or disable matchwatch form telling me about them because it caueses horrible lag. A few other members had this problem too.

the reason you have bad lag is cause they are popping up in the background and searching the net for updates. i will see if i can find out how to shut them down.
