A noob needs some help

Ok, this is the first time I have ever had to install something like this (matchwatch) and I am totally confused. I loaded the two config files and the one .pk3 file over to the server and nothing happened. I changed the default.cfg to custom.cfg and still nothing. I changed custom.cfg to ci.cfg and added the exec ci.cfg to the last line of my server.cfg but still nothing. What am I doing wrong????? Or perhaps I have totally missed some things that need to be done. Any help on this would be great! I have a match tomorrow

Here's what you do. Upload the 2 cfg's (changeme.cfg *after you changed required items* and the other .cfg) I would rename the other .cfg to something you can remember such as rev.cfg then upload it to the server. Also upload the .pk3 file that came with matchwatch. When you go into your server Type in Console or through remote console (before starting MW) rcon exec rev (or whatever you may name your .cfg file) Then start matchwatch and try it out..You may have more problems and yet again this may help you out. Post results please.
