Reverend missing file

Since the 1.5.3.1 update I get

Reverend opened 24 Mar, 2004 at 21:13:26
3/24/04-9:17:00 PM A file needed to run Reverend has failed to verify (2).

I use win 98 and have uninstalled, reinstalled, re-dled rev and no go.

Do a file by file check with someone and copy any file missing.

Make sure you have the latest video drivers and DirectX version(9.0b).

I have the newest drivers, all of the files check out. Still missing file...
