Ladder teams are droppin like flies

Man. We got up to like 40 some odd teams and then down to 35, then 31, now only 25. I guess ppl realized that starting your own clan is a bitch and one hell of a commitment. 2 dudes that can't make into anyother clan just decide to make their own and find out it takes way too much time and too much cash if they want to really compete.

Sorry to see em go but hopefully it will make room for only serious clans that want to compete with a great group of squads. I know that I talk some shit leading up to a match against you all but I got much respect for every clan on this ladder.

Keep up the great work all and keep helping the community grow for Joint Ops.

Don't worry it is because I was kicking them... cleaned house so to speak. There was only 1 team that dropped to goto TKOTH that I am aware of.

The teams I cleaned up were the ones with 1 or 2 people on their roster since like april.

Our clan will be looking at MOHPA very seriously.

To be honest, I am not impressed with JO in many areas, one of them being the lack of dedicated server support.

Were attempting to get up and runnin. We have always been an AA:O clan that recently got disgusted with the game and the developers lack of fixing it. We should be up and running for the TKOTH ladder shortly. Its really the only ladder we are interested in however. Actually, we are looking for small clans to possibly merge with for the JO venture as we only have approx. 4-5 regular players at this point. Much of this is also due to summer. As this comes to an end, we look forward to being more involved.

Now thats the first time I heard that excuse. Its easy put the server in Serve only mode... now its dedicated.

What he means is the novaworld dedicated server is pretty buggy and a pain in the ass. Buster has a dedicated server but the remote tools sucks, and it really needs a linux dedicated server pack. Anyone who spends any real time with the jo servers knows this. Sadly this may not be the BFV /BF killer as advertised.

I run a dedicated server. I have absolutely no issues with it at all. Rock solid.

Remote tool sucks if you like GUI's but it is great for us command prompt junkies.

As far as the BF killer goes your wrong. Killed BF:V already. 150+ per server and BF holds what 12 before thelag starts up. Unless your talking about cheats then your right.. more cheats in BF:V...

BTW I have spent a lot of time with the server... i even sleep with it at night

i wouldn't call this game dedicated server friendly.

Ours was a freakin nightmare to get going. The whole video card test bs, remote desktop, vnc... etc etc.

Truthfully, the only thing which hasn't been a pain and worked great as far as the server goes has been the RAT.
