About team deletion requests....

What if a team whos name you would like to have has been inactive for well over a year and registered under a special "clan email" and therefore you cannot get ahold of them to ask them to request deletion? Can I then have the account requested to be deleted anyway since the team is obviously inactive?

We require the founder of that team to request the deletion.

No exceptions (unless it's disciplinary by admin only)
