requests outside that topic are ignored. Unless you post your request in the proper place, we don't even look at it.
I am also appalled that you people don't even look at the stickies. You'll notice we have a thread for all of the following:
name change requests
deletion requests
title change requests
signature testing
quick help information (the mini-FAQ)
I'm sorry, but, I've had enough. I'm not going to help you guys if you can't help yourselves.
The support staff, including myself, all have functions in teamwarfare other than site support. The sysadmins (who are the only people that can grant all of these requests at the moment) especially. They are in charge of entire games, leaving little time to assist with site support. We keep this orgsnizational system running so we don't have spend all that time searching through the forum for stuff that can be fixed in the stickies.
Please use the stickies, I implore you. Literally over half of the topics in here can be addressed in the stickies. Use them. That's why they are there, at the top of the forum, the first topics you see, in here.

Admins: Why not make this forum all stickies and take away users ability to create new threads? These name change threads just clutter everything up.
Admins: If you are worried about issues other than the ones addressed in the stickies, make a miscellaneous one that will cover all other questions/problems.

I don't know if it's possible to allow user profiles to reply to threads without creating new ones...or if it depends on the phpbb version...but it would be good if it can be done.
I bet the admins never read this...
