HTML commands

I noticed that when you quote someone, TWL forums use the blockquote html command, does that mean that we can use other HTML commands to format text? (change color or bold or underline it etc...)

(No spaces)
< b > = bold
< s > = strikethrough
< u > = underline
< i > = italic

For colors, remove the spaces before and after the < >, use HEX coding to replace the XXXXXX numbers/letters, and replace the text to whatever - example:

< font color="red" > Red < font color="white" > White < font color="007ccc" > Blue < /font >

That without the spaces gets you: Red White Blue
