Can't Add steam ID to account.

I can't add my SteamID to my account. When I try, I get this:"That identifier is already assigned to another account: Guid Storage Account" which links to http://teamwarfare.com/viewplayer.asp?player=Guid+Storage+Account

No idea what that is theres a whole bunch of random ID's on that and no email which is not me. Can I get my SteamID Taken off there so i can add it to my account please.
