How To Restore Black Ops 2?

I made a copy of Black Ops 2 before I completely reformatted my PC.

I figured if I just put it back where it was (Crogram Files/Steams/Common) it would work fine, but for some reason Steam is still trying to completely download the game.

Any tips so I don't have to download the game?

Unless you have your old Manifest, you will have to redownload the game. The Manifest is what tells Steam which games are there.

I got it to work somehow, I put the game in my common folder and let it download and it eventually found the 4GB file? lol weird.
