teammate can't register!

Heya,

I see some other people are having this problem. I'd like to get it resolved prior to the CS:GO tournament starting!

My friend has an old account with TWL (but can't remember logon information) and has also tried to create a new account (but hasn't received confirmation e-mail). In addition, both he and I are no longer able to e-mail sitesupport@teamwarfare.com, due to the following error (NOTE: I use g-mail, he uses both msn.com and his own provider):

Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently:

sitesupport@teamwarfare.com

Technical details of permanent failure:
Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the server for the recipient domain teamwarfare.com by http://mail.teamwarfare.com. [50.7.70.18].

The error that the other server returned was:
550 5.1.1 : Recipient address rejected: User unknown in virtual mailbox table

Here is the information for my friend. We'd really appreciate it if someone could contact him directly and/or validate his new account, or send him credentials for his old one:

Hello.

I've been trying to activate a former account (Relgyros) with TWL, but failing miserably on contacting you and vice versa. In failed attempts, I've created a new account with username MDPete coming from this e-mail, vargie_havok@msn.com. I'm trying to register ASAP to join my CS:GO team, Maximum Damage before the competition gets underway.

I didn't receive an automated e-mail from the first attempts, and after ten minutes, haven't received an automated e-mail to this account either.

Please assist me in finishing up my account so I can join my team. Thanks!

Normally you could use http://support.teamwarfare.com but it is timing out right now.

Try emailing Hanni@teamwarfare.com directly
Will do, thank you.
Tried e-mailing Hanni directly - still no response.
http://support.teamwarfare.com - still not responding.
Hi CS Sibbly.

If you jump on IRC one of the senior admins should be able to help you out.

http://support.teamwarfare.com is back online again now, the error message from the email was in relation to the website moving data centers but is now all working fine again to the best of my knowledge

Sorry for the delay you've experienced
