Impossible to join team

My teammates can't join the team, it says they need to enter their GUID, althought it's done already.

PS: I gotta say that it's been a week since we're trying to put everything together to start the competition, and I gotta say that this website has major issues. It's been more than 10 years that the interface lacks "user friendly", the emails doesn't work (for activation), you always have to go thought admins.... really, it sucks.

Does your competition rules say Universal Anti-Cheat is required? If so you need to add your UACID to your TWL member profile with your BF3 GUID.

You can find information for your game in the game specific forums. Your team mates do need the UAC in their profiles.
