no email when challenged

long time ago (about 2-3 years) i was getting an email when my team was challenged. I recently re-join TWL competition, but I'm not getting eny emails now. I have looked at all settings and I can't see any option to activate this.
I have the right email on team profile.
The comments there are: This is an e-mail address used to send out all pertenant information about the team. This includes, players joining and quiting your team, and major ladder activity, especially time critical activities.

I have this listed in the rules for the COD section since the auto-mail system isnt reliable.

Team Warfare does utilize an auto-mailer system. The purpose of the auto-mailer is to alert Team Captains of any updates to their team, most commonly Challenges. This system, however, is not always reliable as the only method of notification. As well, the auto-mail does not alert Team Captains of updates such as Rules Updates, Mod Updates, Important Forum Threads, Match Comms, etc.
It is because of this, that we ask that all Team Captains check the TWL Website at least once daily. A simple 5 to 10 minute visit to the website will give you the chance to check the status of any matches that your team has pending, any new challenges, as well as check the forums for any other important updates.

Plain & simple check the site daily and do not rely on getting an email each an everytime you get challenged.

I was wondering if there was something wrong with my settings, as when I played aa2 i was getting them emails, and now I'm not getting them at all
