I'll try to keep this as short as I can...
After I registered on this website I went in to "edit profile" to uncheck the "hide e-mail" check-box but I was told that I couldn't even edit my own profile. That is ridiculous. When I clicked on "save changes" I was taken to a page that had a text box in which I could fill out some information & then submit it to an Admin. I explained everything, clicked on "submit", and then patiently waited. It has been well over a month AT LEAST and I have been checking regularly to see if I got a response or if changes were made but nothing has happened. This website is just NOT user-friendly. If I can't even edit my own profile how on earth am I going to register a clan & get involved in TWL. As much as I love competition & I want to get involved in something, I'm just not going to register my clan here.
