I haven't played TWL in a long time and I recently joined a counter strike team (Team Plague) and attempted to join their roster on the 5v5 ladder. When I attempted to register my steam id 0:1:10418290 I discovered it was registered to someone other than me?

That ID is on the account TrillBlazing. If that is your STEAM ID, just contact any admin with access to a STEAM ID based game (you can used IRC, email, or post in a game forum), join a server with them, and they can verify that the steam ID in question is yours.

At that time, they can delete it from the other account and put it on your account.
