Honestly dude i think it's just been a slow week here so don't get too worked up. If it becomes a big problem then email an administrater, these forums aren't the place to badmouth the staff. Ok, here is the deal..first, relax, and don't get all pissy because it has taken "days".
You are the one who messed up, not us.
Here is the problem, you have 2 accounts, and your new account "rage71" has a STEAM ID entered on it, and rules clearly state that I cannot delete an account that has a in-game identifier on it.
So, this is what I suggest. Ask me to delete the 12@g3 account, and then you can request a name change on your rage71 account to 12@g3 (you can do this from your profile).
Other wise, an AC (anti-cheat) admin will have to delete/transfer your steam ID to your 12@g3 account, then have me do the deletion.
