How can I get my founder rights back?

I was just wondering how could I get my founder rights back? My old e-mail address that I singed up with doesn’t work any more so when they try to send me my key code it goes’s to limbo. So I made a new account and joined the team but now I can’t make changes to the admin area any more. Can any one help with this?
