There appears to be an issue with the site where a Founder joins a ladder yet does not appear on the roster.
Our programmers are working on this issue in order to resolve it.
However in the mean time you can fix it yourself.
That is how it is fixed. If you would rather have an admin assist you then please contact your game admin or #twl_support.
Note: Please make sure the other person will not leave you high and dry. The procedure takes about 5-10 minutes at most.

- Have one member on your team whom you trust join ALL the rosters.
- Promote that player to Team Captain on all the ladders. If you already have the same person as Team Captain then there is no need to do aother.
- Login to your team admin panel. It is a link that says Edit Team Information that only the Founder can see.
- Near the bottom you will see Change Founder. Simply select the new Founder and click Save
- You as the previous Founder now need to join all the rosters and get promoted to Team Captain on ALL the rosters.
- Once your on all the Rosters have the new founder change Foundership back to you.
