Okay, seriousness time. Find out what you can help with, and email an admin (anyone but me, I trash all applications on sight ) and ask if there's anything that's needed.

Best way to do it is to become a prominent name in the community you want to help. We do this to help the communities that we support, not for the personal power trips (despite how much fun they can be ).
