Need help

Friend of mine has some trojans that are pretty tough to remove. TR\Vundo.gen is the only thing his antivirus is detecting but can't remove it. He's probably pretty heavily infected because he went a year without up to date virus protection.

Besides a reformat, do any of you have some advice on how to remove multiple trojans that are crippling his computer.

I had the vundo awhile back and slowly they were able to help remove it. They'll walk him thur every step that is needed, good people.
