Tropics, we had our comeback cut short with Terrapin crashing for the 2nd time this evening. No credit taken away from your team though. Excellent work. I honestly belive it would have been tied up before the map ended if we did not lose Terp.

All part of the game. What can I say. The last two matches we have played in have been the most enjoyable for us by far. I definately look forward to meeting your team again.

Yeah, Isle was intense. We were behind all friggin map. We only managed to tie that sucker up at the last second. Your beginning strat on that map is pretty good.

It's been a blast the past two matches (I only joined KGB like around Christmas) and playing competitively again sure brings back memories. For people that keep spouting "T:V is dead" sure don't play the game in matches, they are a lot of fun, very intense and action packed.

GG guys, was a blast.

I like GG threads b/c alot of times, you dont get to mash with the other guys after a match to say shit like this or that.

Hey, I was just having a productive convo with someone in KGB. They say you guys are fakes. They say they are the real KGB.

Now, I remember hearing some crap about this or that, but would someone from [KGB] enlighten me about what they are saying about you guys?

I was aware that two such tags existed but didn't think it mattered.

you werent having a productive conversation. that kgb is #1 on tcs, and most dont have the game installed. they got #1 by forfeits and such. pretty much all of them are tw forum whores. but hey, at least your conversation got your team a thread on tw. http://www.tribalwar.com/forums/showthread.php?t=356263&highlight=chosen

KGB makes me laugh. if it was close with sCs than im gonna go ahead and say they are just average maybe a lil less. i cant wait to scrim or match up with thses asshats to really show them thier place in la la land.

Here is the cliff notes on the two KGBs.

This KGB has been around since the mid 90s. We had a member in our early T2 days named Badhomo errr mofo, 'scuse please.

With shame I admit that I was the one that recruited him.

There was a fight and he left. Claimed he owned KGB and jacked the tags. That KGB has been around since 2002. Ever since, he claims we are the fake ones and he is the real one. He meaning all one or two members of that KGB.

Our KGB stands for Knights Guild Battalion. His KGB stands for Pirates of the Carribean (nick = buttpirates). Smart boy. Go figure.

Look at our match history here.


BTW - Teddy use to wear our tags integral to his name before all this happened even though no one knew who he was. No one had a clue why.

Gunther, when you actually get a clan going I will take your threats and challenges seriously.


Surely you could have held your clan together for at least a couple of days to beat the lowly KGB in our match rather than forfeit.


From what I hear Galvatron, an ex-KGB btw, is the only real skill on your partial clan.



However I will never take your insults seriously. Laughable at best.

Considering that KGB recently had some turnover in their roster - and that most of the players have only been playing together for about 3 weeks or so - I'd say we're doing ok. Not to dismiss our match against sCs, it was a lot of fun. Which, apparently lost on some people, is the whole friggin point.

I didn't mean to hijack this thread with this topic but I am glad I know the background on this.

I met some of the KGB guys at TribalWar West including MoFo.

I realize the whole #1 at TCS is not representative of the ladder but I respect that they are #1 and don't assume they are not. I don't care about personalities in this game b/c most of the clowns at TW West were just that, clowns. It is not taken seriously and even that thread is hilarious b/c part of that convo was discussing other things in good nature, not related to TV. Wonder why he decided to edit that out? hahaha

In any case, we consider Knights Guild Battalion the legitimate KGB that we have scimmed with and are good guys across the board. Thanks for the info on the drama and lets scrim again this week sometime. =)
