Woohoo drama. This is based off opinions from scrims of my team and outcomes of others. Don't get upset that your team isn't up here or that isn't as high as you think it should be. Game has only started and I haven't seen one of these and competition is starting, so here we go. BTW: I might have forgotten some teams that belong up here. I was just browsin the ladder and takin teams.
1. Kore -K-: Vets of the Tribes world and were top 10-5 in previous Tribes games. Their the top team right now. Hardcore roster, active and have changed with T:V nicely. Well thought out strats, excellent cappers and a solid D, they are the team to beat at the start of competition.
2. Texas Area Untouchables (TAU): Nordy the stratmastah has TAU rollin. Another team with a solid roster, strats and changed with the times. Only team that I know of that has played Kore nearly even steven in scrims.
3. Team 5150: Their back. These guys have a very well known roster. From what I've heard, they rely on vehicles a little too much, and don't stick to the bare essentials, and suffer on non vehicular maps. Look for these guys in about a month or a two to be the team to beat.
4. Team Fusion: These guys are also old school. Hey, its Team Fusion. I haven't seen them around scrimming and have only seen their scores from their matches in beta (and I'll find out first hand this Thursday). I have heard thought they are definately top ten. Now they need Heliometus Max to return. =)
5. Vanguard =V=: Good group of guys, and still very good. Solid teamwork and a HO train to boot, they know how T:V works and will only improve in time. After all, teams haven't had a chance to scrim all the maps yet.
6. Team Grapple: Don't know much about these guys except their pretty good. Good matches vs GoD in beta and they show promise.
7. Rapture |R|: Another team of vets. Although I haven't seen much of them out of pubs, I know they have the strats and the players to hold their own in at least the top 5. Lets see if they take T:V seriously, these guys are a bunch of jokers =p (just check out their TWL profile- http://www.teamwarfare.com/viewTeam.asp?team=Rapture
8. of Perfection (Can't do their tag cuz of HTML): There is word out they are cheaters. Whatever. We'll see soon enough. Good core group of guys and some decent strats. Could be higher, we'll see soon enough.
9. Pandora Trigger is PT: Where did these guys come from? No offense but they were terrible in T2? Oh yah, this isn't T2. As far as I've seen so far these guys are by far the best at using every new feature/addition to TV to their advantage. Bucklers, shield packs, maybe not the grappler but yah. How do they do that? Cluster is their style, non-cluster maps are their weakness.
10: Team 311 |311|-: Damn straight I'm putting my team up here. We're starting to get our starting roster situated and finally get our guys to talk over vent during games. After a few scrims I'm confident that I'm putting us in the right spot. We like being the underdogs, look for us in the upcoming weeks =p
Flame away/Post your own. Don't bother pming me in IRC about it. I probly won't read it.
